C3 Revenue Systems provides AI Automation Systems, lead capture systems, follow-up workflows, CRM and pipeline support, website chat systems, missed-call text-back systems, appointment booking support, revenue tracking support, and related automation and consulting services for service-based businesses.

No Guaranteed Results
C3 Revenue Systems may help improve lead capture, follow-up, automation, CRM visibility, pipeline workflows, and revenue tracking. However, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, sales volume, lead volume, rankings, appointment bookings, customer acquisition, or financial outcomes.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, sales process, response quality, pricing, reputation, advertising, staffing, customer demand, and third-party platform performance.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, account access, branding assets, service details, compliance requirements, and any content or materials needed to complete the work.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that their business practices, marketing claims, customer communications, data handling, and industry-specific requirements comply with applicable laws and regulations.
AI and Automation Disclaimer
AI and automation systems may assist with communication, lead handling, follow-up, qualification, customer support, internal workflows, and related business processes.
Automated systems may require testing, monitoring, updates, and human oversight. Clients are responsible for reviewing outputs, approving workflows, and using automation responsibly.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By submitting a form, booking a call, requesting information, or otherwise providing your phone number, you agree that C3 Revenue Systems may contact you by phone call or SMS/text message regarding your inquiry, appointment, requested services, account, or related business communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Clients may receive usage rights to completed deliverables according to the terms of their specific agreement. C3 Revenue Systems retains rights to its pre-existing methods, templates, systems, processes, and know-how.

We will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will not intentionally disclose it except as needed to provide services, operate our business, comply with the law, or with the client’s permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C3 Revenue Systems and Two Tall Trees, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the website or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the website or services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C3 Revenue Systems, Two Tall Trees, LLC, and their owners, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, your business practices, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
